1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Nahed Transport. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Service Scope
- Nahed Transport offers home and office removal, packing, storage, and transportation services.
- Additional services, such as furniture assembly/disassembly or specialty item handling, must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.
3. Bookings and Payment
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, and full payment must be made before or upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or other specified methods.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date may forfeit the deposit.
- Refunds are subject to review based on specific circumstances.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information regarding items to be moved, including special requirements.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure items are properly labeled and packed unless Nahed Transport is providing packing services.
- Access to the property and parking arrangements must be confirmed prior to the service date.
6. Liability
- Nahed Transport is not liable for damages resulting from improper packing by the customer or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather or road conditions).
- In the event of accidental damage during handling, liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the damaged item, subject to evaluation.
7. Insurance
- Basic coverage for items in transit is included. Additional insurance for high-value items must be requested and arranged in advance.
8. Force Majeure
Nahed Transport is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or accidents.
9. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion. Nahed Transport will review and respond within 14 days.
10. Amendments
Nahed Transport reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of changes that may affect their booked services.
